Our community offers the ideal blend of privacy and togetherness.

Centrally located in the heart of Maine, the town of Winslow is less than 20 miles north of the state’s capital and all of its amenities. Our residents enjoy the peace and quiet of our waterfront location while still being close to downtown and only minutes from the neighboring college town of Waterville.

We host activities aimed at increasing connection among residents and also offer them the opportunity to grow. In the past, this has included visiting comedians; yoga instruction; piano lessons; evenings of learning with specialized instructors and more. We also encourage residents to explore things to do off-campus; like visiting Colby's Museum of Art, the theater at Waterville Opera House, the Ticonic Footbridge, historic sites, walking trails, and the many surrounding restaurants.
